Although we are new to offering direct booking as of October 2026, we have been welcoming guests to our holiday cottage for the past three years having opened in July 2023.

During this time we have received 81 "5* starts" reviews through our main booking operator and were awarded earlier this year (with only 25 other cottages)  "Sykes Stars" for receiving consistent outstanding reviews and feedback.

Please see the press relief for the Sykes star award 26-03---sykes-stars---regional-release---derbyshire.pdf

So you can book directly with us with confidence and know that we are well established, with a good track record and that the cottage is of high standard.

Hoping to welcome you soon.
