Whereas Our House Rules includes policies around the use of the property and guest conduct whilst at of the Property. The best way to think of them is like a “Code of Conduct”, which are referenced in the Booking Terms.

We also provide here our Fire Safety Guidance. We do ask you to adhere to those measures. We take fire seriously and have invested in making sure that the property meet all the current Fire Safety government guidelines.
